Monday, August 12, 2024, 6:00-8 pm- Community Meeting Regarding Fire Insurance and Community Wildfire Protection Plan
The meeting will be held at the Monterey Peninsula American Legion Post 41, Veteran’s Boulevard off Jefferson and High Streets. This presentation was arranged by Monterey Vista Neighborhood Association who has generously invited our neighborhood to attend. There will be presentations by Lisa Alameda of the Community Emergency Response Team, Fire Insurance presented by Jeannie Ferrara, a Fire Wise Presentation, and a presentation on the Community Wildfire Protection Plan by Captain JD Sheldon of Monterey Fire Department. After the meeting, guests are invited to purchase drinks and relax at the Legion Bar. Please pass on flyer attached to others that may be interested.
