Wednesday, June 14, 5:30-6:30 Opening Night Celebration for the Juneteenth Film Festival.
Mingle with the professionals to honor the past, embrace the present and shape a better future at this free reception in the Stanton Center, 5 Custom House Plaza. The festival continues at the Stanton Center with twelve films shown from June 14-18, 6:30 – 8 pm. Tickets for films, $5.
Saturday, June 17, 10am -6 pm Monterey Rock and Rod Festival at Custom House Plaza. Enjoy rock and roll while viewing custom and classic cars and trucks, 1975 and older. Free festival. Food and merchandise for purchase, supporting Gateway Center.

Tuesday, July 4, 10 am – Annual Independence Day Parade down Alvarado to Del Monte and back on Calle Principal. The festivities continue at Colton Hall lawn from 10:45-5 pm with live music, food for sale from non-profits, and music!
Tuesday, July 4, 1 pm Independence Day Concert at Devendorf Park, Carmel. 1pm – Cypressaires perform, followed by the Monterey County Pops at 2 pm.
