There will be a special City Council meeting next Wednesday, August 30th, at 4pm to discuss the Madison Street Affordable Housing Development. Mid-Pen Housing would love all of your support for the project, and they think the City Council would benefit greatly from hearing the community’s perspective. Mid-Pen Housing will be discussing the site plan they presented at the community meeting and the next steps to work toward design and financing.
