Friday, December 8 and Saturday, December 9, 10-4pm Holiday Book Sale at the Monterey Public Library. Purchase gently used books at the sale which supports our library.
Friday December 8 and Saturday, December 9, 5-9 pm – Christmas in the Adobes.Visit our historic adobes open and decorated for the holidays. Enjoy music and a wide variety of entertainment at these cherished homes and buildings. The newly renovated First Theater will be included for the first time in many years. Tickets may be purchased either online at www.mshpa.org or at the Pacific House at Custom House plaza. Adults 18 and over $25/$30 after Nov 1 for one night; $45 for both nights. The music in the street is free, as are the art and events of Kids night out on the Colton Hall Lawn. For access to the venues for special performances, a button must be purchased. Early bird buttons purchased by 8 pm on December 10: Adults: $25, Kids 6-15: $15; Family of 2 adults+2 children: $75. After 8 pm on December 10, prices are $32 for adults, $20 for children 6-15, $104 for family of 2 adults plus 2 children. Join in Community Caroling, coordinated by members of His Grace Ministries International Church, from 5-6:30 on these Sundays.
